Vegan Friendly Breakfast – Tofu Burrito

Essential Ingredients:

  • Flour tortillas (lightly warmed) – 4
  • Vegetable oil (or another kind of cooking oil) – 3 tbsp 
  • Garlic (minced) – 1 clove 
  • Onion (diced) – 1/2 
  • Firm or extra-firm tofu (drained, then chopped into 1-inch cubes) – 4 oz / 100 g 

Ingredients to your taste:

  • Mushrooms (sliced) – 1/2 cup 
  • Turmeric – 1/8 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
